What is NextGen Innovators?

We’re a South African eLearning portal offering fully CAPS-aligned curriculum solutions for Grades R–10—complete with multimedia lessons, worksheets, quizzes and progress-tracking tools for parents, tutors and centres.

Which grades and subjects are included?

Our portal covers every grade from Grade R to Grade 9. Core subjects include Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Languages (Home & First Additional), Social Sciences, Life Skills and Creative Arts—each mapped to CAPS objectives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently process payments via PayFast (credit/debit cards and EFT). More gateways (e.g. PayPal) are in development.

How can I cancel or change my plan?

Log into your portal, go to Account Settings → Subscription, and choose Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle; upgrades apply immediately (prorated).

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you.
