How do I start the 7-day trial?

Click “Start your 7-day trial”, choose Basic Access, and pay R 5 via PayFast. You’ll get full Basic features for one term; cancel anytime before day 7 to avoid the ongoing R 299/month subscription.

Which grades and subjects are included?

Our portal covers every grade from R to 12. Core subjects include Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Languages (Home & First Additional), Social Sciences, Life Skills and Creative Arts—each mapped to CAPS objectives.

What’s the difference between Basic, Premium & Enterprise?

Basic (R 299/m): Student & Parent dashboards, downloadable resources, progress reports.

Premium (R 499/m): Everything in Basic plus Tutor/Teacher content-upload tools, automated grading and live virtual classrooms.

Enterprise (R 4 999/m): All Premium features plus a Central Admin console for managing multiple users, bulk enrolment, advanced analytics and more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently process payments via PayFast (credit/debit cards and EFT). More gateways (e.g. PayPal) are in development.

How can I cancel or change my plan?

Log into your portal, go to Account Settings → Subscription, and choose Cancel, Upgrade or Downgrade. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle; upgrades apply immediately (prorated).

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you.
