The Terms and Conditions for NextGen Innovators

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NextGen Innovators’ website and Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NextGen Innovators provide CAPS-aligned homeschooling curriculum and an online Portal under a subscription model. Plans include Basic, Premium and Enterprise tiers, each with specific features.

3. Registration & Account Security

You must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Subscription Fees: Billed monthly in ZAR via PayFast.

  • Free Trial: 7-day trial at R 5 gives access to Basic content. Trial converts to paid plan automatically unless cancelled before trial end.

  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Can be made in account settings; billing proration may apply.

  • Late or Failed Payments: May result in suspension of your access.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid charges.

  • No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—curricula, videos, graphics, site design—is owned by NextGen Innovators or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or infringe others’ rights.

  • Reverse-engineer or bypass security features.

  • Share your credentials or otherwise facilitate unauthorized access.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

  • “AS-IS” Service: Provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
